Welcome to Varia Lectio.   This site is designed to aid in the study of the English language by providing various readings, audio-visual media, and information.  The study of language requires multiple approaches
and points of perspective in order to truly be effective.  It is the aim of Varia Lectio to offer interesting and engaging alternatives to the outdated "sit, read, study" method of language acquisition.  We at Varia Lectio encourage all students of language to freqent this space and contribute to ongoing discussions.
